The Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Program invites presentation proposals for the 2011 State of the Sounds Symposium. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 26. For details and the online proposal form, go to portal.ncdenr.org/web/apnep/call-for-proposals.
