Basic Seafood HACCP Segment Two Workshop: June 21

June 21, 2012 — 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., NC State University, Schaub Hall, Room 103, 400 Dan Allen Drive, Raleigh. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 15  (spaces are still available)

COST: $100 (includes certification fee, course materials and lunch)

This Segment Two workshop is the classroom portion required to complete Basic Seafood HACCP Training in order to be eligible for HACCP certification through AFDO (Association of Food and Drug Officials). Course manuals should be purchased or downloaded prior to the workshop. BASIC SEAFOOD HACCP TRAINING is intended for members of the seafood processing and importing industry, and regulatory officials based in the United States. This training satisfies FDA requirements under Title 21 CFR Part 123.

*Online Segment One training is a prerequisite course needed to attend Segment Two. Participants are required to bring the "Segment One Course Completion" email in order to be admitted to the workshop. For more information about the online course, visit:  http://seafoodhaccp.cornell.edu.
