Join the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation for a live and webcast program, "Water A Key to Survival and Growth: Is There Enough for the Next 50 Years?" The live program will take place at the N.C. Bar Center in Cary. The program will be simulcast, and video replays are scheduled in March and April for Cary, Charlotte, Greensboro and Leland.

The program features a panel of scientists, regulators, and legal experts discussing ecological flows, riparian rights post L&S Hydro v Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority, water supply for the next 50 years, growth implications of nutrient management, and water policy setting.

The program provides 6 hours of CLE credit. A tuition discount is available for non-lawyer professionals.
