Protecting Your Business, Preventing a Recall Workshop: Jan. 16

COST: $30 (includes lunch and materials)
Please join the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services' Marketing Division, Meat and Poultry Inspection Division and Food and Drug Protection Division in conjunction with the NC Food Safety and Defense Task Force for the workshop, Protecting Your Business, Preventing a Recall. North Carolina Sea Grant is represented on the NC Food Safety and Defense Task Force.
Registration is now open. If you make and sell a food product, you want to attend this workshop. The registration deadline is Jan. 9. This is a firm date. The caterer requires a head count in advance.
Who should attend:
- Certified home kitchen food entrepreneurs
- Shared-use kitchen food entrepreneurs
- Food processing/packaging businesses, including co-packers and those who use co-packers
- Meat processing facilities
