Cost is $150 per person which includes training, course books and certification fee. Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will receive from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) certification of course completion. Registration deadline is February 11. On the last day of the workshop (Feb. 18), "Segment II" training is offered for those who have completed an online Basic Seafood HACCP training available through Cornell University.
