Basic Seafood HACCP Segment Two Workshop: August 9


Aug. 9 — 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Room 103, Schaub Hall, NC State University, Raleigh

"Segment Two" training is the required classroom portion needed to complete the online Basic Seafood HACCP training. This training is required in order to receive Seafood HACCP certification from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO).

Cost is $100 and includes all training materials and subsequent AFDO Certification. Lunch will also be provided.

Registration Deadline: Aug. 5 (space is limited; please register early)
